No animals were harmed in this duck hunt, which raised $30,000 for a good cause.
About 2,000 rubber ducks did their part to help raise funds to benefit the new Sea to Sky Community Hospice facility, which is planned to open next spring.
At 2:15 p.m. on August 12th the giant flock tumbled down the chute of a Cardinal Concrete truck into a pool.
Five winning birds were then plucked from the their habitat by a blindfolded 鈥渄uck picker.鈥
