Is this spray-painted fish art or graffiti?
A brightly-coloured fish, along with a tag, has appeared on a cinder block at Newport Beach, sparking a discussion on The Chief's Facebook page about whether this is welcome 鈥渟treet art鈥� or vandalism 鈥� an illegal nuisance.
The fish wasn鈥檛 commissioned by the District of Squamish, spokesperson for the District, Christina Moore, told The Chief. But there are no plans to remove it, she added.
