Twelve breweries from across the province sampled their beer for MLAs and members of the press gallery.
Hon. Darryl Plecas, speaker of the legislative assembly, hosted the event where everyone who went could vote on their favourite beers. The winning beers will be given as gifts to dignitaries who visit the 小蓝视频 Legislature, and the two winning breweries will each receive a medal and certificate from the 小蓝视频 Legislature.聽
鈥淭his event was all about showing what an amazing craft beer scene 小蓝视频 has to offer,鈥 said Joe Wiebe, director of content for the 小蓝视频 Ale Trail, which hosted the event.
鈥淢any of the MLAs in attendance were familiar with the craft breweries in their own ridings, but they were pleased to be able to sample beers from all over the province, and to learn more about the 小蓝视频 Ale Trail project.鈥
