The СÀ¶ÊÓƵ's editor, Jennifer Thuncher, stops to collect trash she finds while exploring Squamish’s backcountry on her days off.

Usually, she finds the run-of-the-mill beer cans, residential garbage, rusted car parts and shotgun shells.

This Saturday, however, the discovery was a bit odd — a mannequin’s leg.

It was lying in a puddle on the side of a dead-end path that branches off the Mamquam Forest Service Road. One can only imagine why someone dropped it there.

It is now at home, in her garage.

What is the strangest piece of trash you have discovered around Squamish?
