The annual Tantalus Drag Show: Tantalus Twist will take place one final time on campus, as Quest University approaches its indefinite academic suspension at the end of April.

The last set of shows aims to go out with a proud splash.

The annual will take place one final time on campus, as Quest University approaches its indefinite academic suspension at the end of April.

This will be the fifth and final Quest drag show.

The show, hosted by the university, "seeks to create a vibrant and welcoming space for people of all identities and creeds to witness and partake in queer narratives through varying art forms," said organizers in a news release.

"The show acts as a safe space for performers and audience-goers alike to explore gender and sexuality expression."

This year, there are two shows — Friday, April 7 and Saturday, April 8 — with a live music performance at intermission.

Each show will be a series of performances from Quest students and alumni.

Local vendors Queen Bee Boudoir and All About the O have provided raffle prizes and are selling merchandise throughout the show.

The event is to help raise funds for Pride Squamish.

Doors open in the Quest University MPR (multipurpose room under the cafeteria) at 7 p.m. The show starts at 8 p.m.; tickets are $10 per night.

An adult must accompany audience members under 16.

Two pieces of ID are required for alcohol purchases.

The Squamish Arts Council and JMS-HV partially fund this event.
