It turned out to be a short first trip to the Scotties Tournament of Hearts for Squamish resident Kristin Fewster and her Team 小蓝视频 teammates.
Fewster and her team, made up of skip Patti Knezevic, lead Rhonda Camozzi and second Jen Rusnell compiled a record of one win and 10 losses in round robin competition, which eliminated them from the event.
The team鈥檚 lone win at the Moose Jaw, Sask. competition occurred on Feb. 16 when the foursome defeated Prince Edward Island 7-4. They concluded the tournament with a 5-4 loss to Nova Scotia on Feb. 19.
Curling action locally heats up with the Master Men鈥檚 bonspiel on Feb. 25 and the Mixed Bonspiel on March 14 and 15. For more information on both events, visit www.howesoundcurl.com.
