The Coastal Cup dreams are over for a pair of Squamish soccer teams.
Squamish United FC U13 couldn鈥檛 take advantage of the home-pitch edge, losing 3-0 to CCB V United at Quest University on Saturday (April 18).聽
United beat South Delta United 3-1 on April 11 to advance to the quarterfinals.
Squamish United FC U16 also bowed out from Coastal Cup contention after losing 3-0 to SFC Liverpool on Saturday in Surrey.
The U16s defeated NDS United 3-1 on April 11 to advance to the quarterfinals. The two teams鈥� appearances were the first time a Squamish team had advanced to the quarterfinals since 2005.
