Vancouver's Brickhouse Late Nite Bistro and Bar owner Chih Hwa Leo Chow said he's appealing his conviction of the sexual assault of a woman then aged 21.

The men, who range in age from 40 to 54, are all from the Lower Mainland.

The teacher at the centre of the allegations taught at Mount Douglas Secondary and Oak Bay High, according to the Greater Victoria School District.
