Squamish wildfire: Photo gallery, story list and a call for community 'daffodils'

As a wildfire continues to impact the Squamish area, The 小蓝视频 has compiled a photo gallery showcasing images submitted by residents. The publication is also inviting readers to send messages of appreciation鈥攃alled 'daffodils'鈥攖o local first responders.

The 小蓝视频 has pulled together some of the many photos we have received of the wildfire to create this gallery.

If you have photos to share, send them to [email protected].

We would also like to compile a collection of short written tributes—what we call "daffodils"—for local first responders working on the fire for our upcoming print edition.

Daffodils are of 75 words or less.

For example, "Daffodils shaped like microphones for officials who were available for media interviews during the wildfire, helping keep the community informed."

That kind of thing. Send daffodils to [email protected].

We have also compiled a list of all the stories we have written on the Dryden Creek fire so far.

We will continue to update this page as the fire progresses.
